Order Agreement

When you place an order on Baggu’s website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or place an order with Baggu.

Pricing, Product Information, and Availability

Baggu strives to ensure all prices and product descriptions are accurate. However, errors can occur. If a price or description is incorrect, Baggu reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Quantities on products may be limited at Baggu's discretion. If a product is out of stock, Baggu will notify you. Please note that restocks of limited-edition items, collaborations, and certain products are not guaranteed.

Product images serve as references; actual colors and prints may vary based on your screen display.

Order Modifications, Cancellations, and Address Changes

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified. This includes adding or removing items. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, you must contact Baggu immediately through the contact page. These requests are time-sensitive and may not be guaranteed.

Shipping and Delivery Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate shipping addresses. Baggu is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses.
If your package is returned for reasons related to the address, Baggu will assist in reshipping, but additional shipping fees may apply.
International orders may incur customs fees or import duties, which are solely the responsibility of the recipient. Baggu cannot control or estimate these charges.
Delays in delivery caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond Baggu’s control do not constitute grounds for liability.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact Baggu immediately through the contact page. Baggu will work with you to determine the next steps to resolve the issue.
