Baggu Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
You can return full-priced items within 30 days from the purchase date at Baggu. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Apparel must be completely unworn. Items showing signs of use or testing cannot be accepted.
Sale items, including those from sale collections or promotional events, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
How to Return
- Contact Baggu through the contact page on our website before sending any items back. This step ensures your return is handled smoothly.
- You may return items by mail or bring them to a physical Baggu store if there is one nearby.
- When Baggu receives your return and verifies it meets the return conditions, your refund will be processed.
Return Shipping and Fees
Unless your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Mail returns incur a $4.95 restocking fee deducted from your refund. Returns made in person at Baggu stores, as well as exchanges or returns credited as store credit, do not have this fee. If possible, returning items to a store saves you this fee and usually speeds up the process.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. After we receive and inspect the returned item, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be completed.
